Lima Corporate Announces Completion of Zimmer-Biomet Assets Acquisition

Combination of assets strengthens Lima in the knee and extremities market

Lima Corporate announces the completion of the assets acquisition from Zimmer Holdings Inc. for the Zimmer^® Unicompartmental High Flex Knee (ZUK) and the Biomet^® Discovery' Elbow System within the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland markets, as well as the Biomet^® Vanguard' Complete Knee System for Denmark and Sweden. The products will now be fully integrated into the Lima portfolio and business units and, according to the agreement, Lima will also take over the supply chain.
