"Agrinos is extremely privileged to welcome these two talented individuals to its Board of Directors," said Dr. D. Ry Wagner, CEO of Agrinos. "As we continue to see rapid shifts in opportunities for agricultural development, we require visionary, talented leaders to help chart a course for strengthening and expanding our company. We are confident that with the addition of Matthieu and Svétoslav, who bring tremendous business and market sector experience to Agrinos, our Board will continue to foster growth and innovation for Agrinos."

Matthieu Baumgartner is a founding partner of Treïs Partners LLP, London, and Chairman of the Board of Manor Investment SA, Luxembourg. His experience includes business management, financial control, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions, gained through his positions with Schneider Electric and Air Liquide in Europe, the United States and Japan, and investment leadership through Manor Investment SA.

Svétoslav Valkov is Director of Fertilizers at SNC-Lavalin, Brussels, specializing in business development, design and engineering of fertilizer plants. With degrees in process and chemical engineering, his diverse background includes more than 18 years in the prospecting and promotion of engineering activities for the development of new commodity and value-added fertilizers, with a dual emphasis on the equipment design and fertilizer development processes.

Baumgartner and Valkov join current Agrinos board members Nick Adamchak, Morten Bergesen and Jean Baptiste Oldenhove.

Agrinos also extends its sincere thanks to outgoing members Kristian Johansen and Gerardo Esquer for their contributions to Agrinos during their years of service. Johansen joined the Board in November 2013 and recently served as acting Chairman. Esquer has served on the Agrinos Board of Directors since its inception. "We are very grateful to Kristian and Gerardo for their invaluable service to the Board of Directors," said Wagner. "Their dedication and vision helped guide our company through a critical period of growth and development and we wish them the best on all future endeavors."
