Water Recycle Market and Water Reuse Growth at 22% CAGR (Volume) and 19% CAGR (Revenue) Forecast to 2019

CHICAGO, August 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --

ReportsnReports.com adds Global Water Recycle and Reuse Market 2015-2019 research that segments the market based on technology (conventional water treatment techniques, membrane filtration, MBR technologies, and chemical treatment and disinfection technologies) and application (industrial, agricultural, and domestic and commercial).

Complete report on water reuse market and water recycle market spread across 90 pages, analyzing 6 major companies and supported with 36 data exhibits is now available at http://www.reportsnreports.com/reports/407795-global-water-recycle-and-reuse-market-2015-2019.html .

Commenting on this water reuse market report, an analyst says "The recent increase in industrialization is a key trend observed in this market. Rapid industrialization has changed the social and economic structure of a society with the transformation from an agrarian-based society to an industrial society. The modernization of a social and economic lifestyle has led to large-scale industrial production." According to the 2015 water recycle market research, growing water scarcity across the globe is a driver that is expected to bolster market growth. Growing population, increasing per capita consumption of water, and urbanization are the main reasons for the growing water scarcity worldwide. Also, the change in climatic condition is expected to influence the water supply as it will alter the regional distribution of freshwater supplies.

Further, the report states that wastewater recycling residue management issues pose a challenge to the water recycle and water reuse market. The residues created by water recycling should be disposed of or managed properly. It is very important to manage recycled water residues as they can be hazardous to the environment, increasing the chances of water pollution. Some of the beneficial usage of water recycling and reuse include commercial, residential, and municipal usage, agricultural uses, industrial uses, augmenting water supplies and environmental and recreational uses.

AWWA, GE Water and Process Technologies, NALCO, Siemens Water Technologies, Veolia Environnement SA, and Water Rhapsody are the major companies analyzed for the water reuse market and recycle research. Other prominent players simply mentioned in this report include AquaDesigns, CatalySystems, Dow Water and Process Solutions, Lenntech, Phoenix Water Recycling, ProChem and WaterFX. On the same lines, another research titled Water Treatment Chemicals to 2019 focused on the US market says demand for water treatment chemicals in the US is forecast to rise 3.2 percent per year to $7.3 billion in 2019, representing 15.6 billion pounds. Rising demand will be supported by the increase in water recycling and reuse, both processes that typically needs more aggressive chemical treatment than fresh supply water or wastewater being treated for disposal. Increasing reliance on membranes and other types of water treatment equipment that work best when the water has been pretreated with chemicals will also support demand. Additionally, tighter standards for process water and waste-water quality, and concerns about the environmental impact of certain chemicals, will continue to favor more expensive specialty chemicals that can be used in lower doses and are less hazardous.

Among the major US water treatment chemicals markets, the municipal and manufacturing markets will continue to represent the bulk of demand. The mature municipal market will exhibit steady gains going forward, on pace with the increases seen over the previous decade, as municipal water use trends tend to be stable and slow to change. Additionally, water treatment operators are more price sensitive and often slow to adopt new technologies unless prompted to do so by changing regulations. The manufacturing and electric power generation markets are expected to show improved growth over the more limited gains seen in the 2009-2014 period. The increasing adoption of more expensive, more efficient chemicals will offset efforts to limit chemical usage due to more stringent standards for process water and wastewater.

The energy and mining and mineral processing markets are also forecast to post strong gains going forward, supported by industry efforts to reuse water, as well as tighter restrictions on treated wastewater in some states. Demand for water treatment chemicals in commercial and institutional, consumer, and other markets will rise at a more limited pace, though gains in the consumer market will represent an improvement over previous years.

Companies like Akzo Nobel NV, Albemarle Corporation, ALTIVIA Chemicals LLC, Axiall Corporation, Baker Hughes Incorporated, BASF SE, Berwind Corporation, Cargill Incorporated, Chemours Company, Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund, Danaher Corporation, Dow Chemical Company, DuPont (EI) de Nemours, Evonik Industries AG, FMC Corporation, GEO Specialty Chemicals Incorporated, KIK Custom Products Incorporated, LANXESS AG, Lonza Group Limited, Olin Corporation, Ovivo Incorporated, Solenis LLC, Tronox Limited, Veolia Environnement SA and Wujin Fine Chemical Factory Company Limited are profiled in this US Water Treatment Chemicals to 2019 market research report available at http://www.reportsnreports.com/reports/408179-water-treatment-chemicals-to-2019.html .
