ZEAL Network SE: Adjustment of guidance due to large jackpot pay-out

In a secondary lottery held by MyLotto24 Limited, a fully consolidated minority shareholding of ZEAL Network SE, a
player has won a jackpot of EUR 15 million.
The pay-out amount falls within the retention specified in MyLotto24's hedging instruments. Total Operating Performance
and EBIT in the current fiscal year 2015, will therefore be impacted by EUR 15 million.
Therefore, ZEAL has adjusted both its Total Operating Performance and EBIT guidance for the current fiscal year 2015.
While statistical fluctuations like these are inherent to the secondary lottery business model, MyLotto24 Limited has
had above statistical average jackpot pay-outs for 2015 year-to-date. Assuming ordinary course of business in the
remaining fiscal year, ZEAL is lowering its Total Operating Performance guidance of EUR 135-145 million to EUR 120-130
million and EBIT guidance of EUR 35-45 million to EUR 20-30 million.
As previously communicated, ZEAL now uses Total Operating Performance instead of Revenues for its revenue guidance, in
order to account for the effects of the hedging mechanism.
ZEAL confirms its communicated policy of paying a total dividend of at least EUR 2.80 per share in the current year.
