Reynolds Acquires Contact Advantage, Leading Software Company in UK

Established leader in serving automotive dealerships and OEMs

BIRMINGHAM, England, Sept. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced today that it has acquired Contact Advantage, a software company in Glasgow, Scotland, specialising in applications for automotive dealerships and manufacturers. The company's software delivers an extended suite of products for dealerships and OEMs, covering the complete sales cycle from the initial customer contact and prospect management through vehicle purchase.

"The addition of Contact Advantage adds an important set of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Showroom products to Reynolds' portfolio," said Adele Feeney, Managing Director for Reynolds - UK Automotive. "We can now offer a unique combination of best-in-breed Dealership Management System (DMS) and Showroom applications that offer seamless, unprecedented levels of integration. As a leading provider of automotive Showroom, F&I, and Lead Management applications in the U.K. and Europe, Contact Advantage also has developed strong working relationships with a number of OEMs in support of the vehicle sales process.
