Concentrix Lands in the HfS "Winner's Circle"

Business services provider demonstrates excellence in execution and innovation

FREMONT, CA - September 23, 2015 - Concentrix Corporation (https://www.concentrix.com/) has been named to the "Winner's Circle" of HfS Research's Blueprint 2015 Report: Insurance As-a-Service. Winner's Circle organizations are those that demonstrate excellence in both execution and innovation.

Concentrix Insurance Solutions is the Concentrix business unit that provides the complete spectrum of policy/plan insurance administration for life, health, and disability insurance products and annuity contracts to the world's top insurance leaders.

"This is a true honor for us," said Robert Marino, national sales manager at Concentrix Insurance Solutions. "We compete in a field in which our clients put a premium on cost efficiencies. Our value proposition has always been based on providing technology and services that increase productivity, customer service and, ultimately, revenue. That will continue to be our mission going forward."

Evaluation Criteria
The report considered two major factors: "execution" and "innovation." Execution comprises service providers' ability to deliver services and considers real-world solutions, quality of customer relationships and flexibility. Innovation encompasses the providers' ability to improve service and includes vision for end-to-end process lifecycle, investment in future capabilities and leveraging external drivers.

HfS collected its data in the second quarter of 2015, covering 19 service providers. Among other factors, the analyst interviewed 1,300+ buyers who have evaluated service providers and experienced their services.

Favoritenwechsel
