SPIE GmbH is to retain responsibility for technical services and infrastructural facility management at insurance group Munich Re. The two companies have renewed their existing contract ahead of time, up to the end of February 2023. As part of the operating company FMgo!, the multi-technical provider has already been working for Munich Re since 2011.

In Munich, FMgo! is responsible for 19 properties owned by the insurance group. SPIE main duties include operation, maintenance, refurbishment and modernization of buildings and technical systems. The SPIE experts also handle relocation management and the maintenance of outdoor facilities. Within this partnership, FMgo! co-shareholder, Klüh Service Management GmbH, is responsible for cleaning the buildings.
