Verve Search Wins at the Digital Impact Awards 2015

LONDON, October 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --

At last night's Digital Impact Awards, held at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square, Verve Search received the top accolades for excellence in digital stakeholder engagement. The Verve Search team triumphed with a Gold award for their work on Idioms of the World with HotelClub and a Silver for their work with Expedia Nordics, both in the Best Use of SEO in Corporate Communications category. Furthermore, the Idioms of the World campaign also received a Silver award in the Best Use of Digital in the Travel & Leisure Sector category.

The awards programme is judged by a panel of esteemed digital communication experts from some of Europe's biggest in-house companies, including representatives from ITV Studios, Deutsche Post DHL, KPMG UK and IBM Interactive Experience. The judges commented that the Idioms of the World project was not only "Humorous and engaging", but also "A great campaign idea that was extremely well executed."

Idioms around the World bring to life the eccentricities of cultures across the globe. For this campaign, which has already won several awards for creativity and innovative SEO, Verve Search collaborated with V&A featured artist, Marcus Oakley, and gained international coverage right from the start. You can read the full case studyhere.

Verve Search partnered with Expedia in four of the Nordic markets, concentrating on increasing link equity and driving more traffic to their website through branded content. In a series of campaigns, Verve Search worked with national and local tourist boards; promoting the most loved aspects of each country through creative and infinitely shareable content, leading to impressive growth in rankings and traffic across the board.

"I am so pleased that our hard work has been recognised by the judges at the Digital Impact Awards," said Lisa Myers, Founder and CEO of Verve Search. "We work hard to deliver only the best quality campaigns for our clients and consistently deliver significant improvements for organisations, but to get this kind of acknowledgment means a lot. I am so very proud of the Verve team."

The Digital Impact Awards programme was established by Communicate magazine, the UK's leading publication for corporate communications. The awards, now in its sixth year, sets the industry-wide benchmark in digital stakeholder engagement and honours the best corporate digital communications work in Europe.

Brittany Golob, editor of Communicate magazine, said: "Digital plays a role in almost every communications campaign, but it is those that are pushing their limitations in the digital sphere, breaking down barriers and driving innovation that the Digital Impact Awards celebrates. Each year we recognise new achievements and see the industry overcome new challenges. Verve Search use digital to disrupt traditional communications to reach new audiences and new markets."

2015 has proven to be a great year for Verve Search, who has already received several accolades for their client work, including a Commendation Award in the 'Best Use of Content category' atThe Drum Search Awards. Earlier this year, at the European Search Awards, the SEO and Content Marketing Agency were awarded top prize in three categoriesincluding:

  • Best SEO Agency
  • Best Use of Content (HotelClub)
  • Best Pan European Campaign for International SEO (Expedia)

Favoritenwechsel
