TodayKerio Technologiesannounced the appointment of Mirek Kren to the position of Chief Executive Officer.Kren, a 12 year Kerio veteran, will lead Kerio's global management team and will be responsible for the company's overall business strategy and operations.

Kerio, the leading provider of Cloud and on-premise unified communications and security solutions for small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs), split its Samepage Cloud collaboration business into a standalone division earlier this year. Kerio's previous CEO, Scott Schreiman, becomes Executive Chairman.
