Mr. Cassidy will play a key role in serving as an independent director and consultant on the boards of investment funds and related structures. He will also provide thought leadership to institutional investors and consultants through DMS roundtables and seminars, industry conferences, articles and proprietary research.

"Charlie's stellar record of achievement in hedge fund operations and directing operational innovations adds new dimension and will serve to enhance our client relationships in so many areas," stated DMS Chief Executive Officer Anne Storie.

Mr. Cassidy, who recently retired from Cambridge Associates, has held several leadership roles in the institutional financial services industry in the U.S. and globally, over the course of a long and distinguished career. At Cambridge, he built a global team of legal, accounting and risk professionals based in the U.S., Europe and Asia. In 2007 and 2008 he participated in and co-authored the report issued by the President's Working Group on Financial Markets chaired by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson.

During his time at Cambridge Associates he served as co-head of Hedge Fund Research and served on Cambridge's Hedge Fund Advisory Group, which evaluated all client investments in hedge funds for appropriateness of returns and role in each unique client portfolio.

He serves on the Advisory Board for Lightkeeper, LLC, based in Boston and the Board of Directors for AlphaPipe Inc., both technology companies that provide services to the hedge fund industry and/or investors.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
