Cartoonists from all over Europe once again have the opportunity to take part in the PCE (Press Cartoon Europe). Consideration will be given to any cartoon printed physically or in digital form in any European country in 2015.
The PCE has allocated a grand prize of €5,000in cash. A second runner up will receive €2,000, the third one €1,000. The PCE 2016 will only judge cartoons published in 2015. Artists can submit a maximum of 3 cartoons before 1 January 2016 via http://www.presscartoon.com/submission
Only cartoons submitted via this site will be considered.
The previous seven editions have successively seen the first prize being scooped by cartoonists hailing from Sweden (Riber, 2009), Germany (Burkhard Mohr, 2010), Belgium (Karl, 2011), he Netherlands (Jos Collignon 2012), France (Michel Cambon, 2013), Portugal (Rodrigo de Matos, 2014) and America (Kevin Kallaugher, 2015).
