MBio Diagnostics Announces a License and Development Partnership With Roka Bioscience, Inc. / New Collaboration to Deliver On-The-Spot, Rapid, Multiplex Testing Solutions With Laboratory Quality Performance

BOULDER, CO--(Marketwired - December 15, 2015) - MBio Diagnostics, Inc., a company leading a new era in rapid, on-the-spot clinical diagnostics and sample testing, today announced a product development partnership and licensing agreement with Roka Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKA), a molecular diagnostics company focused on providing advanced testing solutions for the detection of foodborne pathogens. The partnership will cover certain exclusive and non-exclusive fields. MBio Diagnostics and Roka Bioscience will jointly carry out product development to capitalize on the strengths of both companies. 

The MBio Array System utilizes MBio's proprietary LightDeck®technology, which enables simple, multiplex testing in a compact system. This portable, easy-to-use multiplex reader can be placed into a wide variety of testing situations, including diverse locations across the food supply chain.
