Publication of Circular and General Meeting
The results of the Annual General Meeting were announced to the London Stock Exchange on11 December 2015. The announcement also made specific reference to Resolution 8 (disapplication of pre-emption rights) which had, in error, been proposed as an ordinary resolution within the Notice of Annual General Meeting, when in fact it should have been proposed as a special resolution. The result of this resolution would therefore have been invalid if it had been proposed and as such it was withdrawn from the meeting.
To remedy this, the Company intends to hold a General Meeting on Thursday, 28 January 2016 to put the aforementioned resolution to shareholders as a special resolution.
The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders and published on its website a circular (the "Circular") including a Notice of General Meeting.
The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Miton Group plc, Paternoster House, 65 St Paul's Churchyard, London EC4M 8AB on Thursday, 28 January 2016 at 10.45am.

NATIONAL STORAGE MECHANISM
