Update
All Star announces further to the announcement made on 28 October 2015 regarding the dissolution of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Drummond Minerals Pty Ltd, that its other wholly-owned subsidiary NQ Mines Pty Ltd ("NQ") has now started the process of dissolution.
Following the dissolution of NQ the Company structure will have be substantially simplified, with no operating subsidiaries in Australia.
Further to the announcement made on 28 October 2015, the Company confirms that it has now received a share certificate for 5,519,545 shares in NQ Minerals Plc ("NQM"), an ISDX company, representing approximately 3% of NQM's issued share capital.
As at the date of this statement the Company's investment in NQM is worth approximately £470,000.
The Directors of All Star are responsible for the contents of this announcement.
