PEMBROKE, Bermuda - February 15, 2016 - Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:ENH), a Bermuda-based provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46875 per share payable on its 7.50% Non-Cumulative Preferred Shares, Series B. The Endurance Board of Directors also declared a dividend for the period from November 24, 2015 to March 15, 2016 of $0489.4792 per share payable on its 6.35% Non-Cumulative Preferred Shares, Series C (the "Series C Preferred Shares"). This dividend equals $0.4894792 per depositary share, each of which represents a 1/1,000th interest in a share of the Series C Preferred Shares (the "Series C Depositary Shares").
The dividends on Endurance's Series B Preferred Shares and Series C Depositary Shares will be payable on March 15, 2016 to the shareholders of record of Series B Preferred Shares and Series C Depositary Shares on March 1, 2016.
