Effective today, the company's new name is 24/7 Kid Doc, Inc. and the company's new stock symbol is (OTC: TVMD). The name and trading symbol more accurately reflect the company's new identity and business focus.
24/7 Kid Doc, Inc. is an online Tele-Pediatric care provider committed to providing K-12 schools and child daycare centers nationwide with fast, easy and cost-effective access to Pediatricians and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
