Magyar Telecom B.V. ("Company") announced today that on May 19, 2016 (at 14:00 UK time, 15:00 CET, 9:00 AM ET), the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.

UPDATE ON REORGANIZATION
The Company is undertaking a reorganization, the main element of which is the demerger of Invitel Zrt. into separate legal entities for its Residential Small Business and Corporate Wholesale units. All board approvals and shareholder consents having been received, Invitel Zrt. will formally petition the Hungarian courts of registration to affect the demerger. The legal demerger process is expected to complete by July. During the second half of 2016 the Company will put in place inter-company arrangements and financial reporting structures for the carved-out entities. The Company will be in a position to report financial results for the carved-out entities beginning in 2017.
