Nottingham. Hub for back pain expertise.

Nottingham is home to a diverse community of practitioners and therapists with expertise in managing and alleviating back pain. The city even hosted a national spine conference earlier this year. Founder of BackMentorMe, Armand Brevig says, "The knowledge and approaches to beat back pain are available right here in our local community. We want to bring people together to encourage more cross-functional action. This enables knowledge to be applied in a holistic and personalised way".

Reduce suffering. Boost competitiveness.

Back pain is both debilitating and devastating for millions of people. Many statistics highlight billion pound annual losses in terms of lost productivity, health care costs, etc. Even slight improvements would represent a competitive gain for Britain. Recovered back pain sufferers often describe their lives as having been "transformed" or they say they have been given "a new lease of life". Nevertheless, too many people suffer for too long unnecessarily. By connecting people and providing a platform for sharing insights, BackMentorMe wants to empower people to transform their lives.

Thought provoking presentations. Panel discussion. Networking.

So, what can be done to turn the tide on back pain? More personalised and holistic thinking is needed. Each back pain sufferers needs targeted help to identify and address the root causes of their pain.

Richard Moore, Founder of Moore Osteopathy, says, "People often don't realise how individual back pain is and tend to think that 'back pain is back pain'. But that's not the case at all." Moore, and other leading Nottingham practitioners, will share their insights on back pain and answer questions from the audience. Towards the end of the event there will be an opportunity to network and make new connections.

Don't miss this exciting event, which will introduce actionable fresh ideas and perspectives to the back pain debate!
