The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) today invited media to tour Collins Bay Institution (CBI), a federal correctional facility for men.
Media filmed, photographed and interviewed staff and an inmate. The tours were led by Curtis Jackson, Warden at CBI.
A total of 14 media participated on this tour. They visited the common area, programs area, dining hall, CORCAN facilities and the segregation unit.
Additionally, specialized tours will be offered in the upcoming months on the following:
-- Segregation -- CORCAN -- Women's Institution -- Treatment Centres -- Intake process
