Erik joins from Sebia, where he was Chief Operating Officer. ConvaTec is also pleased to announce the appointment of Oliver Greaves to support the company's corporate development work and key strategic projects.
ConvaTec is in the early stages of considering options for potentially raising equity, including in the public markets, and it is expected that Oliver will also support this process.
