APPOINTMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR

The Directors of Coinsilium Group Limited (ISDX: COIN), the blockchain technology investment and development company, are pleased to announce that Ms. Pier Thomas, the Group's Chief Financial Officer has been appointed to the Board as Finance Director with immediate effect.

Ms. Thomas is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 25 years' experience in financial and accounting roles, predominantly with SMEs and has also held a non-executive director position at an NHS Hospital Trust. Ms. Thomas has an MBA from Cranfield University.

Non-executive Chairman, Laurent Kssis, stated, 'I am delighted to welcome Ms Pier Thomas to the Board. Pier brings significant financial and commercial experience, from which Coinsilium will benefit enormously. In her role as CFO for Coinsilium Group she has developed an excellent understanding of our investee companies, the markets in which they operate and the direction in which we are taking Coinsilium. I am confident that we have the right mix of technical and management expertise to further strengthen Coinsilium's prospects as first mover in the blockchain space to fulfil our growth ambitions.'

As part of her appointment, Ms. Thomas will receive an additional 2m share options vesting immediately in Coinsilium, exercisable any time until 28 June 2019 at a price of 10 pence per share, representing a premium of 156% to the closing mid-price on 28 June 2016.
