Group activity stabilizing in H1 2016 with reported revenue
of CHF 425.2m




Q2 reported revenue up 2.2% in constant currencies




The Group reported first-half consolidated revenue of CHF 425.2m, compared with CHF 426.6m in the same period in 2015, a decrease of 0.3% at current exchange rates or 1.6% in constant currencies.

For the same period, the Group's consolidated adjusted1) revenue was CHF 460.0m compared with CHF 457.2m in 2015, representing an increase of 0.6% at current exchange rates. In constant currencies, the adjusted revenue decreased by 1.0%. The adjusted revenue from interdealer broking business (IDB) was down 2.3% in constant currencies while the forex trading business for retail investors in Japan (Non-IDB) was up 48.1%.

In the second quarter, consolidated revenue was CHF 205.8m compared with CHF 199.3m in the second quarter 2015, representing an increase of 2.2% in constant currencies. The Group's consolidated adjusted1) revenue was CHF 223.6m against CHF 214.1m in 2015, up 2.8% in constant currencies with IDB up 1.4% and Non-IDB up 50.0%.
