TMK Announces Board of Directors Decisions
TMK's Board of Directors at the meeting on July 27 made a decision on
offering price of the newly issued TMK shares.
The Board of directors made a decision to set offering price of the newly
issued 44 mln. TMK shares of the nominal value of 10 roubles placed on an
open subscription at the level of 71 rouble per share.
