Holders of record of DecisionPoint's common and preferred stock as of the close of business on August 22, 2016 will be entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the Special Meeting and at any adjournments or postponements thereof.
DecisionPoint currently expects to hold the Special Meeting on or about Monday, September 26, 2016, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, at a place to be determined in New York City. At the Special Meeting, DecisionPoint expects to present, for its stockholders' approval, a series of proposals to restructure the company's equity and debt capital in order to position the company for future growth. DecisionPoint also expects to present proposals in respect of a number of routine stockholder matters.
