KONE Corporation, a global leader in elevator and escalator, has won an order for Neva Towers, a modern mixed-use development located on the Presnenskaya Embankment in the center of Moscow, Russia. The building houses residential and office space and will accommodate in total nearly 4000 daily guests and residents.
Neva Towers represents the latest in modern city-living with the residential towers boasting facilities such as private squash courts, a private music studio, a panoramic pool in a private rooftop garden, a fitness centre, a private spa, a private cinema, and a virtual golf course. The two towers will be 289m and 337m high, and they will offer breath-taking views to the Moscow City district. The building podium is reserved for office space. The design and construction are being carried out in compliance with LEED standards.
To optimize the movement of people in the building, KONE is equipping the residential towers with KONE Destination Control System. The system uses artificial intelligence to learn and forecast the building's traffic flow resulting in increased elevator capacity and shorter journey times for passengers. Other solutions include 33 KONE MiniSpace® elevators traveling at the speed of up to 8m/s, and 18 KONE MonoSpace® elevators installed in the building podium which is reserved for office premises.

Neva Towers is developed by Renaissance Development and built by Renaissance Construction. The building is designed by SPEECH, one of the leading architectural firms in Russia. The project is due for completion in 2020.
The order was booked in the first quarter of 2017.
