New shares in Pöyry PLC registered with the Trade Register
Pöyry PLC's Board of Directors decided on 3 August 2017 on a directed share issue, totaling a maximum of 551 000 new shares. The share issue was directed to the top management and key personnel of the company entitled to participate in the new long-term share-based incentive plan at its commencement. The participants subscribed to such shares as an initial investment relating to the incentive plan. A total number of 422 191 new shares were subscribed and paid for in the share issue. The share subscription price for the new shares paid by each of the participants was 90% of the trade volume weighted average quotation of the company's share on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on 8 August 2017, i.e. EUR 4.491 per share.
The new shares were registered with the Trade Register today. After the change, the total number of shares in the company is 61 952 801, of which 2 190 055 shares are held in treasury by the company. Each issued and outstanding share carries one vote.
The new shares carry shareholder rights from the date of the Trade Register entry. The new shares will be publicly traded on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd as of 15 September 2017.
