SThree plc (the "Company") announces that on 14 September 2017 it 
transferred 75,676 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from 
treasury to be used for minority interest transfers to individuals. 
 
Following this transfer the Company holds 2,118,023 Ordinary Shares in 
treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 131,689,620 Ordinary 
Shares (excluding Ordinary Shares held in treasury).
