Vaisala Corporation has received a notification, pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, about a change in the holding of funds managed by Nordea Funds Ltd of the total amount of shares of Vaisala Corporation.
On September 13, 2017, Nordea Funds Ltd's aggregate holding in Vaisala increased above the 5 percent threshold and amounted to 911,662 shares or 5.004% of Vaisala's shares and 1.103% of total votes.
