_The signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding on cooperation by 
AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd (AECC CAE) and United Engine 
Corporation (UEC) took place during the China International Business 
Aviation Show 2017 in Beijing._ 
 
At the ceremony, the authorized representatives of AECC CAE and UEC signed a 
memorandum of understanding. Both sides will jointly carry out the research 
of the engine market of wide-body aircraft, the competitive analysis of 
available products, and the research on potential customer needs and 
technical cooperation. 
 
UEC (United Engine Corporation, part of the Rostec State Corporation) is a 
Russian industrial company specializing in the development, serial 
production, service & support of engines_. _AECC CAE, affiliated with the 
Aero Engine Corporation of China (AECC), is engaged in development, 
production, and servicing of commercial gas-turbine engines.
