(FPFI) stock was October 1, 2017, and the payment date is October 10, 2017. The Shares will be issued at a Dividend Exchange rate of 1 for 1; one (1) share of FPFI common stock for every share of FITX stock, and the Dividend will be payable on Common shares only (exclusive of preferred stock).
