("Life's Time Capsule,") (OTC PINK: LTCP), an online secure digital scrapbooking company, is pleased to announce that the Board has approved a 20-to-1 forward split on LTCP. FINRA has completed processing the Company's corporate action notification form regarding the forward split, and will be announcing the split with an effective date of Tuesday, October 10, 2017. Effective at the market open on Tuesday morning, LTCP will commence trading with a "D" at the end of the ticker symbol (LTCPD) for twenty (20) consecutive trading days signifying the split. The D will be removed at the end of this period and trading will continue under the ticker symbol LTCP.
Management is very excited about the Company's business plan, and the Board approved the split with the hope that the Company's common stock will continue to become more actively traded. Recent stock trading of LTCP has been hovering around the $1.00 per share price so it is expected that the stock will open at around $0.05 per share after the split.
