1st Capital Bank Announces Declaration of 5.00% Stock Dividend

SALINAS, CA / ACCESSWIRE / October 26, 2017 / 1st Capital Bank (OTC PINK: FISB) today announced the Bank's Board of Directors has declared a 5.00% stock dividend on the Bank's common stock outstanding. The stock dividend is payable on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on November 22, 2017. The dividend will be issued in the form of additional shares of common stock. Cash will be issued in lieu of fractional shares. This is the Bank's fifth stock dividend, following a 2.00% stock dividend that was paid in April 2012 and 5.00% stock dividends that were paid in June 2014, September 2015, and December 2016.
