Westcoast Energy and Union Gas Declare Dividends

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/30/17 -- Enbridge Inc. (TSX: ENB)(NYSE: ENB) (Enbridge or the Company), announced today that Westcoast Energy Inc. declared the following quarterly dividends:

A.  5.50% CUMULATIVE FIRST PREFERRED SHARES, SERIES 7: A dividend of 34.375
    cents per share payable on January 15, 2018 to shareholders of record at
    the close of business on January 1, 2018.

B.  5.60% CUMULATIVE FIRST PREFERRED SHARES, SERIES 8: A dividend of 35.000
    cents per share payable on January 15, 2018 to shareholders of record at
    the close of business on January 1, 2018.

C.  CUMULATIVE FIVE-YEAR MINIMUM RATE RESET REDEEMABLE FIRST PREFERRED
    SHARES, SERIES 10: A dividend of 32.8125 cents per share payable on
    January 15, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on
    January 1, 2018.

D.  CUMULATIVE FIVE-YEAR MINIMUM RATE RESET REDEEMABLE FIRST PREFERRED
    SHARES, SERIES 12: A dividend of 32.500 cents per share payable on
    January 15, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on
    January 1, 2018.

Also on October 30, 2017, Union Gas Limited declared the following quarterly dividends:

A.  5.50% CUMULATIVE REDEEMABLE CLASS A PREFERENCE SHARES, SERIES A: A
    quarterly dividend of 69.00 cents per share payable on December 31, 2017
    to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 8, 2017.

B.  6.00% CUMULATIVE REDEEMABLE CLASS A PREFERENCE SHARES, SERIES B: A
    quarterly dividend of 75.00 cents per share payable on December 31, 2017
    to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 8, 2017.

C.  5.00% CUMULATIVE REDEEMABLE CLASS A PREFERENCE SHARES, SERIES C: A
    quarterly dividend of 62.50 cents per share payable on December 31, 2017
    to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 8, 2017.
