Correction Announcement Regarding the Correction of the Previously Published 
             Press Release Announcing the Execution of the Major Transaction 
 
        Further to the "Correction of the Previously Published Press Release 
 Announcing the Execution of the Major Transaction" announcement released on 
          November 15, 2017 at 06:38 London time PJSC Magnit advises that it 
     incorrectly stated that as of the closing date of the accounting period 
    preceding the execution of the transaction the asset value of the entity 
  controlled by the issuer and which executed the transaction is 413,421,991 
                 rubles. The correct figure is 413,421, 991 thousand rubles. 
 
 The relevant paragraph in the "Correction of the Previously Published Press 
  Release Announcing the Execution of the Major Transaction" announcement is 
                         restated correctly below:
