The Board of Directors resolved to approve 14 May 2018 as the date of the 2018
AGM and 26 March 2018 as the closing date for shareholders to submit to the
Board issues for inclusion in the notice of the AGM. 

The 2018 AGM will be held at Näringslivets Hus, Storgatan 19, 114 85 Stockholm.
