Compass guided towards good growth for the full year after a strong start to the year, though the catering group said the first quarter was soured slightly by higher UK cost pressures. As a result of 5.9% organic sales growth, the FTSE 100 group expects organic revenue growth will be "above the middle" of its 4-6% target for the full year.
