SUPPLEMENT TO VIKING ACQUISITIONS CORP.'S TENDER OFFER DOCUMENT DATED 16 MARCH
2018 REGARDING THE VOLUNTARY RECOMMENDED PUBLIC TENDER OFFER FOR ALL SHARES IN
TECNOTREE CORPORATION 

Viking Acquisitions Corp. (the "Offeror") commenced a voluntary recommended
public tender offer to purchase all issued and outstanding shares in Tecnotree
Corporation ("Tecnotree") (the "Tender Offer") on 19 March 2018. The Offeror
has on 16 April 2018 announced that the offer period of the Tender Offer will
be extended until 30 April 2018. 

The Offeror has supplemented the tender offer document dated 16 March 2018
regarding the Tender Offer. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has on
30 April 2018 approved the supplement to the tender offer document, which
relates to the profit warning issued by Tecnotree on 25 April 2018 and the
audited financial statements and annual report for the financial year ended 31
December 2017 published by Tecnotree on 27 April 2018 (the ""2017 Financial
Statements"). The 2017 Financial Statements are included in the tender offer
document as Appendix F. 

The supplement to the tender offer document, the stock exchange release
published by Tecnotree on 25 April 2018 and the 2017 Financial Statements are
attached to this release. 

The Finnish language version of the tender offer document, including the
supplement to the tender offer document, will be available on the internet at
