ProPhotonix Expands Red Laser Diodes Range with New 638nm Laser Diode from Ushio
High powered, durable, single-mode red laser diodes
SALEM, NH / ACCESSWIRE / May 15, 2018 / ProPhotonix Limited (OTC PINK: STKR) (AIM: PPIX), a high technology designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules, with operations in Ireland and the United Kingdom, announces the addition of a new red laser diode to its product range, the HL63391/92DG. The 638nm laser diode has been designed to be highly durable and to perform reliably at extreme temperatures.
The high powered, single mode HL63391/92DG is particularly well suited to industrial and projector applications. The self-contained red laser diode operates exceptionally well under demanding environmental conditions with temperatures as high as 60°C. The HL63391/92DG offers a high optical output power of 200mW at a wavelength of 638nm.
The highly durable red laser diode is ideally suited for integration into laser modules, levellers, measurement equipment and as a light source for projector and laser show applications.
