The PlusServer group is accelerating its growth and plans to expand internationally and to establish itself in additional business segments. With PlusHolding GmbH, a new group structure has been created for this purpose, which bundles all the PlusServer group companies.
Dr. Oliver Mauss, who has more than 20 years of experience in the hosting and telecommunications industry, will become CEO of PlusHolding GmbH on July 1, 2018. As the CEO of 1&1 Internet, he has led one of Europe's largest hosting providers, building it up organically and consolidating the European market. Prior to joining 1&1, Oliver Mauss held various roles within the Vodafone group, including head of the global portfolio of business clients. Oliver Mauss studied in Aachen, Germany, and earned his doctorate there in electrical engineering.

Thomas Noglik will remain CEO of PlusServer GmbH. In this role, he will continue to be responsible for the business units he successfully manages in Germany, such as Managed Hosting and Private Cloud, as well as the newly established Managed Public Cloud and Enterprise IT divisions.
