Jubii Europe N.V.'s (ISIN NL0000233195) Swedish subsidiary Yarps Network
Services AB
decided not to seek extraordinary relief before the Swedish Supreme Court
On 8 May 2018 the Swedish Supreme Court decided not to grant Jubii Europe
N.V.'s
Swedish subsidiary Yarps Network Services AB a leave to appeal against the
Svea Court
of Appeal's judgment not to award damages to Yarps Network Services AB and
to reimburse
Telia Company's legal costs in the first and second instance.
Yarps Network Services AB considered, together with their legal advisors, to
seek
extraordinary relief before the Swedish Supreme Court as a last resort to
collect
damages from Telia Company. After careful consideration Yarps Network
Services AB
reached the conclusion not to seek extraordinary relief before the Swedish
Supreme
Court. This means that the Svea Court of Appeal's judgment becomes final and
binding.
