Dream Global REIT today announced the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Viswanathan 
as the Trust's Chief Financial Officer effective September 14, 2018. 
 
Mr. Viswanathan was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Dream Office 
REIT and has 18 years of corporate finance, treasury, financial planning, 
information technology and reporting experience. Prior to joining Dream he 
was Senior Vice President, Finance at Brookfield Asset Management. Mr. 
Viswanathan is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and 
a Chartered Financial Analyst, beginning his professional career at Ernst & 
Young LLP. 
 
Mr. Viswanathan replaces Ms. Tamara Lawson, who has decided to pursue 
another employment opportunity. The Trust would like to thank Ms. Lawson for 
her contributions throughout her tenure.
