MONTREAL, Sept. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bombardier Business Aircraft announced today that its flagship Global 7500 aircraft, the largest, most luxurious and longest range business jet ever built, has been awarded Transport Canada Type Certification, paving the way for entry-into-service this year. Certification by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is expected to follow shortly.

The Global 7500 aircraft has accumulated more than 2,700 flight hours since the flight testing program began in November 2016.
