The US State Department has recently announced the dates and instructions for the DV-2020 Green Card Lottery.
The revised online registration period for the DV-2020 Program began on October 3, 2018 at 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), and will conclude on November 6, 2018 at 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST).

The US Government has opened this new current registration period so that another 30,000-40,000 winners will be selected in order to comply with the Congress Law that stipulates the 50,000 visas.
