2,122 Ordinary Shares in Genel Energy plc at a price of GBP2.35 per share and 
that Nicola Whyte has purchased 6,642 Ordinary Shares in Genel Energy plc at 
a price of GBP2.3465 per share. 
 
Nicola Whyte is a person closely associated with Stephen Whyte, Chairman of 
Genel Energy PLC.
