Changes in the Board of Directors of Airopack Technology Group AG
*Baar, 15 January 2019* - Airopack Technology Group AG ("Airopack")
announced today that Robert Seminara, Christophe Villemin and Jeremy Honeth,
serving on the Board of Directors of Airopack as representatives of funds
managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC ("Apollo Funds"),
have decided to resign from the Board with immediate effect. The Board of
Directors has been informed by the Apollo Funds representatives that they
will leave the Board to avoid any potential conflicts of interest regarding
next steps in the company's refinancing and recapitalization plans as the
Apollo Funds are a major lender to the company.
The Board of Directors has also been informed by Dr. Attila Tamer that he
leaves the Board with immediate effect.
The remaining Board members, Antoine Kohler and Okko Filius, will soon
inform about further envisaged steps in this situation.
