The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has issued an open call to hire a consulting firm to help the government of Azerbaijan to design and launch auctions for renewable energy.The development process, which is to be initiated from May, will be aimed at helping the country's Ministry of Energy to identify true market prices for specific sources of renewable energy.
