("Zoom") today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 24,000,000 shares of Class A common stock, including the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase 3,130,435 additional shares of Class A common stock, at a price to the public of $36.00 per share. In total, 13,041,869 of the shares were offered by Zoom and 10,958,131 of the shares were offered by certain stockholders. Zoom did not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders. The shares are listed for trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "ZM."
Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and Credit Suisse acted as lead book-running managers for the offering.
