advisor and investor that finances and manages the development of
early-stage blockchain technology companies, announces that it was informed
on 8 May 2019 by Almon I Holding SA, that this entity purchased, and now
owns, 4,000,000 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company,
representing 3.16% of the 126,534,235 ordinary shares with voting rights,
excluding the 6,130,000 ordinary shares held in treasury.
