Helsinki, 15 May 2019 - Ferratum Oyj (ISIN: FI4000106299, WKN: A1W9NS)
("Ferratum" or the "Group") announces that in order to fully focus on his
executive role leading the Group's consumer lending business in all its
countries and become CEO of Ferratum Bank p.l.c. (subject to MFSA approval),
Pieter van Groos has resigned from the Group's Board of Directors. Ferratum
announced on 24 April 2019 the change in Pieter van Groos' new role in the
management together with the appointment of Juhani Vanhala as new Chairman
of the Board.

Pieter van Groos commented:

"It has been a pleasure and an honour to serve on the Board of the Group and
I now want to give my new role in the Leadership Team of the Group my full
attention and focus. The Board has recently been enlarged and strengthened
following shareholder approval of the appointments of Kati Hagros, Michael
A. Cusumano, Goutam Challagalla and Frederik Strange, and I look forward to
continuing the growth of Ferratum through my new role as part of the
Leadership Team."
