INTOSOL Holdings Plc, the award-winning international luxury travel company, is pleased to announce that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 11 July 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Hybridan LLP, 20 Ironmonger Lane, London, EC2V 8EP.
The Notice of AGM together with the Proxy Form will be posted shortly to shareholders.
In accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, the Notice of AGM will shortly be loaded onto the National Storage Mechanism, which can be viewed at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
